Meet the founder
The Person Behind TDM
Takeila Montgomery is the owner and founder of TDM Tax Services — tax preparer, bookkeeper, payroll specialist, and business consultant. She calls herself a Profit & Growth Expert, because that's the real goal behind every number she touches: helping people not just stay compliant, but actually grow.
Takeila grew up helping run family businesses, learning bookkeeping and payroll before she ever had a name for it. That early hands-on experience turned into a genuine love for numbers and the stories they tell. Over the past 12 years, she's built that into a full-service practice, holding a Certificate from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and a QuickBooks Specialist certification.
Based in South Carolina and serving clients across the U.S., Takeila and TDM handle individual and business taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and business consulting. What she loves most is working with entrepreneurs from the ground up — helping them start a business from scratch and watching it grow into something bigger than they ever imagined.
